Rossie received a B.S., M.A., and Rank I from Western Kentucky University. She began her teaching career at age 6 on her parents' front porch steps. She has taught in Bowling Green, in Florida, and has been in the Glasgow City School System for 24 years. This is her ninth year as principal at South Green Elementary. She has a strong commitment to youth and their ability to learn.
