8570/8590 Converter Boxes

The 8570 and 8590 converters take an older TV (one that's not cable-ready) and allows it to tune in all the EPB's "basic" channels. This converter will also tune in the premium channels and Pay-per-View. The 8590 series has controls for the TV's volume. The 8570 does not. This is the only difference between the two.
