The Girl Scouts of Barren County held a Christmas Extravaganza Program at Austin-Tracy Elementary School on Saturday, December 13th. All the girls had a lot of fun participating in this event! They made different crafts and also made Christmas cards to send to our injured soldiers at an Army hospital in Maryland. They also sang Christmas carols, had pizza and got to try the new Girl Scout cookie this year (Dulce de Leche). As you can see, Santa came and talked with the girls and they had the opportunity to get their picture made with him.
