404 Object Not Found
Ever gotten the message above? Your URL may be good, but maybe a little outdated. In other words, the particular page may have been moved or renamed. In either case, your browser can't find it. Are you just out of luck? Not necessarily. Take a look at the graphic below.

The URL in the Location Bar tells exactly where you are (in the example above). If you typed

"http://yahoo.com/Regional/States/Ky/Cities/Glasgow/glasgow-ky.com"

in to your browser and hit ENTER (or "copied and pasted") and got the "Object Not Found" message, try this. Click within the location bar to get your cursor to the extreme right of the URL. Hit BACKSPACE to get rid of everything over to the "/" (forward slash) on the right, then hit ENTER again (in the example above, you would get rid of "glasgow-ky.com" before hitting ENTER). If you still don't get anything, delete to the next slash to the left and try again (what you're actually doing is broadening your search on the particular server or site that you're acessing).
