So, what does this mean?

Perhaps the most important result of receiving our mobilization order is that now our Soldiers and their dependents are now eligible for Tricare health insurance under Section 703 of the National Defense Authorization Act and the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2004.
